1. What is the complete verification and what is it for?

   Verification is a documentary confirmation of your personal information.

   The main purpose of verification is to increase the safety level of your funds and Live Account. In addition to that, verified clients get an access to several additional services. To pass the verification, you have to go through two stages: verify your identity (documentary confirmation of your identity) and address (documentary confirmation of your actual residence address).

2. How do I verify my identity at RoboMarkets?

   To verify the identity, you have to:

   1. Go to "Profile" -> "Your verification" in your Members Area.
   2. Click "Complete verification" in the ID/Passport verification line.
   3. Perform the verification by clicking "Identify now with Postident".
   4. Perform the PostIdent service of Deutsche Post AG.
   5. Verification is then checked by RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH.

   Verification takes up to 2 business days. After the procedure is complete, you will be notified by E-mail about successful verification or asked some clarifying questions.

3. How do I verify my address at RoboMarkets?

   To verify the address, you have to:

   1. Go to "Verification" page of your Members Area.
   2. . Fill in the Address verification form.
   3. Attach a color copy of the document that confirms your residence address.
   4. Confirm submitting the form.

   Verification takes up to 2 business days. After the procedure is complete, you will be notified by E-mail about successful verification or asked some clarifying questions.

5. What do I do if I don’t have any scanned images of my documents?

   You can digitalize your document in any available way: use a camera, mobile phone, or a web camera.

   These ways don’t always provide high quality images, that’s why before sending your documents, please make sure that all necessary information on the images can be clearly seen.

6. How do you ensure security of my personal information?
