One of the reasons of "No connection" is poor Internet connection of the user or problems with the server.
Recommended solutions:
- Make sure that your Internet connection is stable and other applications experience no problems.
- Try to rescan servers suing the platform tools by clicking "No connection" in the bottom right corner.
- Try to reconnect to your trading account.
